Plantary プライバシーポリシー
1. 収集する情報
1-1. アカウント情報
ログインと本人確認のため、メールアドレスを取得します。Google でログインした場合は、Google アカウントに登録されたメールアドレスと基本的なプロフィール情報（氏名・プロフィール画像）が認証情報として当社の認証システムに記録されます。メールアドレスで登録した場合、パスワードは暗号化（ハッシュ化）された形でのみ保存されます。これらはログイン認証とアカウント管理のためだけに使用し、メールマガジン等の送信には使用しません。
1-2. アプリ内で作成されたデータ
植物の記録、水やりの履歴、写真、メモなど、アプリ内であなたが作成したデータは、複数端末からの利用や機種変更時の引き継ぎのため、あなたのアカウントに紐づけて当社が利用するクラウドサーバー（Supabase / Cloudflare）に保存されます。これらの内容をサービスの提供以外の目的で利用したり、第三者に提供・公開したりすることはありません。
写真の位置情報について: 写真ファイルに含まれる位置情報（EXIF の GPS データ）は、アップロード前にアプリが自動的に削除します。サーバーにあなたの位置情報が保存されることはありません。
1-3. 購入・サブスクリプション情報
有料プランをご利用の場合、購入状態の管理のため RevenueCat, Inc. のサービスを利用します。ここで扱われるのは購入履歴・サブスクリプションの状態・アカウントに紐づく識別子であり、氏名・住所・クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を当社が受け取ることはありません（決済は Apple / Google が処理します）。
1-4. クラッシュ・不具合の情報
アプリの品質改善のため、クラッシュや不具合が発生した際に Sentry（Functional Software, Inc.）へエラー情報を送信します。端末の機種・OSバージョン・エラー発生箇所などの技術情報が含まれます。あなたが記録した内容やメールアドレスは含まれません。
また、機能の改善のため、有料プランのご案内画面が表示された回数などの最小限の利用統計を同じ仕組み（Sentry）で送信します。これには個人を特定する情報は含まれません。
1-5. 収集しない情報
- 住所、電話番号
- 位置情報（写真に含まれる位置情報は前述のとおりアップロード前に削除されます）
- 連絡先、通話履歴、SMS
- 広告、広告目的の追跡・識別子（本アプリに広告はありません。1-4 に記載した最小限の利用統計を除き、アクセス解析もありません）

これらのサービスのサーバーは、日本国外（米国等）に所在する場合があります。
3. データの保存
- 記録データと写真はアカウントに紐づけてサーバーに保存されます。新しい端末でも、同じアカウントでログインすれば引き続き利用できます。
- 端末内には、表示を高速化するためのキャッシュ（一時データ）が保存されます。アプリをアンインストールすると削除されます。
4. データの削除
- 個別のデータを削除する: アプリ内の画面から削除できます。サーバー上の該当データも削除されます。
- すべてのデータを削除する（アカウント削除）: アプリ内の「設定 → アカウント削除」から実行できます。アカウントと、サーバー上のすべての記録・写真が削除されます。
- アプリをアンインストールしただけでは、サーバー上のデータは削除されません。 上記のアカウント削除をご利用ください。
- Web からの削除依頼: アプリを利用できない状態でアカウントの削除を希望される場合は、登録したメールアドレスから info@broone.net へ「Plantary データ削除依頼」としてご連絡ください。本人確認のうえ、アカウントとすべてのデータを削除します。
- 購入履歴: 購入・サブスクリプションの記録は Apple / Google および RevenueCat が保持します。解約は各ストアの設定から行えます。購入記録の削除をご希望の場合は info@broone.net までご連絡ください。
5. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページに変更後の内容と最終更新日を掲載します。

Plantary Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
1-1. Account Information
We collect your email address for sign-in and account management. If you sign in with Google, the email address and basic profile information (name and profile picture) registered to your Google account are recorded in our authentication system. If you sign up with an email address, your password is stored only in encrypted (hashed) form. This information is used solely for authentication and account management — never for marketing emails.
1-2. Data You Create in the App
Plant records, watering history, photos, and notes you create are stored on cloud servers we use (Supabase / Cloudflare), linked to your account, so you can use the app across devices and keep your data when you change phones. We do not use this content for any purpose other than providing the service, and we never share, publish, or sell it.
About photo location data: Location metadata embedded in photo files (EXIF GPS data) is automatically removed by the app before upload. Your location is never stored on our servers.
1-3. Purchase and Subscription Information
If you use a paid plan, we use RevenueCat, Inc. to manage purchase status. This involves purchase history, subscription state, and an identifier linked to your account. We never receive your name, address, or payment card details — payments are processed by Apple or Google.
1-4. Crash and Diagnostic Information
To improve quality, we send error information to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) when a crash or defect occurs. This includes technical details such as device model, OS version, and where the error occurred. It does not include the contents of what you record or your email address.
To improve the app, we also send minimal usage statistics — such as the number of times the paid-plan screen was shown — through the same system (Sentry). These contain no personally identifying information.
1-5. What We Do Not Collect
- Postal address or phone number
- Location data (location metadata in photos is removed before upload, as described above)
- Contacts, call logs, or SMS
- Ads, advertising identifiers, or ad tracking (this app contains no ads; aside from the minimal usage statistics described in 1-4, there are no analytics either)

Servers operated by these services may be located outside Japan (e.g., in the United States).
3. Data Storage
- Your records and photos are stored on our servers, linked to your account. Signing in on a new device restores access to your data.
- The device keeps a local cache (temporary data) to speed up display. It is removed when you uninstall the app.
4. Data Deletion
- Delete individual data: Use the screens inside the app. The corresponding data on our servers is deleted as well.
- Delete everything (account deletion): Go to “Settings → Delete account” in the app. Your account and all records and photos on our servers are deleted.
- Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your data on our servers. Please use the account deletion described above.
- Deletion request via the web: If you can no longer use the app and want your account deleted, email info@broone.net from your registered email address with the subject “Plantary data deletion request”. After verifying your identity, we will delete your account and all associated data.
- Purchase records: Purchase and subscription records are held by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. You can cancel from your store settings. To request deletion of purchase records, contact info@broone.net.
5. Children's Privacy
This app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version and its effective date on this page.
