1. 収集する情報
1-1. アプリ内で作成されたデータ
植物の記録、水やりの履歴、写真、メモなど、アプリ内であなたが作成したデータはお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。当社のサーバーに送信・保存されることはなく、当社がこれらの内容を閲覧することはできません。
1-2. 購入・サブスクリプション情報
有料プランをご利用の場合、購入状態の管理のため RevenueCat, Inc. のサービスを利用します。ここで扱われるのは購入履歴・サブスクリプションの状態・匿名の識別子であり、氏名・住所・クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を当社が受け取ることはありません（決済は Apple / Google が処理します）。
1-3. クラッシュ・不具合の情報
アプリの品質改善のため、クラッシュや不具合が発生した際に Sentry（Functional Software, Inc.）へエラー情報を送信します。端末の機種・OSバージョン・エラー発生箇所などの技術情報が含まれます。あなたが記録した内容そのものは含まれません。
1-4. 収集しない情報
- 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所などの個人を特定する情報
- 位置情報
- 連絡先、通話履歴、SMS
- 広告目的の追跡（本アプリに広告はありません）

3. データの保存とバックアップ
- アプリ内のデータは端末内のみに保存されます。
- OS のバックアップ機能（iCloud バックアップ / Android 自動バックアップ）が有効な場合、端末のバックアップにアプリのデータが含まれることがあります。これは Apple / Google の管理下で行われ、当社はアクセスできません。
- アプリ内の書き出し機能により、データを JSON ファイルとして端末に保存できます。
4. データの削除
- 個別のデータを削除する: アプリ内の画面から削除できます。
- すべてのデータを削除する: アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内に保存されたデータはすべて削除されます。
- OS バックアップに含まれるデータ: iCloud / Google アカウントの設定からバックアップを削除してください。
- 購入履歴: 購入・サブスクリプションの記録は Apple / Google および RevenueCat が保持します。解約は各ストアの設定から行えます。購入記録の削除をご希望の場合は info@broone.net までご連絡ください。
5. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

Plantary Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
1-1. Data You Create in the App
Plant records, watering history, photos, and notes you create are stored only on your device. They are never transmitted to or stored on our servers, and we cannot access their contents.
1-2. Purchase and Subscription Information
If you use a paid plan, we use RevenueCat, Inc. to manage purchase status. This involves purchase history, subscription state, and an anonymous identifier. We never receive your name, address, or payment card details — payments are processed by Apple or Google.
1-3. Crash and Diagnostic Information
To improve quality, we send error information to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) when a crash or defect occurs. This includes technical details such as device model, OS version, and where the error occurred. It does not include the contents of what you record.
1-4. What We Do Not Collect
- Personally identifying information such as name, email, phone number, or address
- Location data
- Contacts, call logs, or SMS
- Advertising identifiers or tracking (this app contains no ads)

3. Storage and Backup
- App data is stored only on your device.
- If your device's backup feature (iCloud Backup / Android Auto Backup) is enabled, app data may be included in that backup. This is managed by Apple or Google, and we cannot access it.
- The app's export feature lets you save your data as a JSON file on your device.
4. Data Deletion
- Delete individual data: Use the screens inside the app.
- Delete all data: Uninstalling the app removes all data stored on your device.
- Data in OS backups: Delete the backup from your iCloud or Google account settings.
- Purchase records: Purchase and subscription records are held by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. You can cancel from your store settings. To request deletion of purchase records, contact info@broone.net.
5. Children's Privacy
This app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version and its effective date on this page.
